We Need Your Help!

Every Christmas, the Veterans Association Food Bank hand delivers special Christmas Hampers to our Veterans in Alberta. This year, our numbers have increased drastically - we have over 250 Christmas Hampers to fill and deliver for Veterans!

The Christmas Hampers are different than our monthly Food Hampers. Not only do they include enough non-perishables to last a month, but they include a frozen turkey, a $100 grocery store gift-card for fresh food, toiletries, treats and some small gifts! Our goal is to remind Veterans that we are here for them, we appreciate them and to brighten their Holidays.

Do you want to help us provide over 250 hampers to Veterans this Christmas? In addition to non-perishables, we are looking for cash donations to purchase grocery store gift cards and small gifts! 

Bring non-perishable items and essential supplies to the Veterans Association Food Bank warehouses in Calgary and Edmonton. 

Only our Calgary warehouse accepts fresh and frozen foods. Please see below for the full lists of what's needed this year. 

The challenges of the pandemic this year have reduced the number of independent and individual donors and food drives on our behalf. We need our community's help now more than ever. Together, let's make sure our Veterans are remembered year-round. Thank you for your support!
